Owner/Service Manager
At a young age, Massimo started in the trades, working along side his father and a variety of other older mentors. During this time, Massimo acquired a wide variety of tickets and qualifications, across all the key mechanical trades, from refrigeration and sheet metal, to plumbing and electrical. With a passion for problem solving, Massimo’s technical strategies allow our service team to seamlessly tackle projects, providing unique solutions and helping to navigate the team through many complex situations.
Owner/Construction Manager
With more than 40 years in the HVAC industry, Alex has worked extensively on a wide variety of complex and diverse projects. Alex’s motto has always been to achieve the absolute optimal airflow, without compromising a building’s architectural integrity. Alex to this day still produces all of Centigrade Mechanical’s custom ductwork at our sheet metal shop; his duct design expertise in simply unparalleled.
Owner/Sales and Marketing Manager
With 20+ years in the industry, Guido has a diverse set of skills, coming from a background in Red Seal through the steel trades. Guido has a passion for HVAC product knowledge, where he became certified as a Unico High Velocity system installer. In so doing, he then brought Unico High Velocity to a higher level in the greater Vancouver area as BC’s preferred Unico contractor. Guido lives to bring the best teams together, to deliver the best system and overall experience for all his customers.
